I hereby apologize for the wrong use of words/disqualification for those words.
I asked the administrator to remove this post.
My intention was to look familiar to yours.
But, I got to know that I made mistake.
I also think highly of "veteran" of either ROK or US. But, As your remarks are right, I take advantage of it whatsoever.
I admit it's my fault.
best wishes.

You are, therefore, not a veteran of the US Army. You are, of course, a veteran of the ROKA.
By the way, have you never heard of paying for advertising space? |

What's with this "I'm a doc?" This isn't professional.

Oh, you're right. Techinically, veteran of ROKA as augumentee to US army. I admit.
I remember that I tried to be cohesive member of unit rather than "augumentee" itself. It's a good memory of brotherhood.
I think this post is information and also ads.
If it's against policy, I should erase it or it should be erased.

Anyone who claims to be a veteran of the US army or any military organization to promote themselves, but isn't, well, that's a low clever con. |

If it sound unprofessional, It is unprofessional.
Though spent a few years with fellow solders, Still not a native speaker. So, the expression can be awkward.

The falsely public promotion or advertising of oneself as a member of a military group or police group is illegal. This has a penalty of fines, and or jail time or imprisonment. |

I don't think the guy meant any harm. He was just giving some background (yes in an attempt to be familiar, but he also clearly said he was with KATUSA and not just left it at 'veteran', which would be shady I agree.) I don't think he meant to be intentionally misleading.
Of course people pay for advertisements, but I'm sure plenty of people on forums promote their business a bit, so if it is an issue with Dave's, then yeah they can delete the post or send him a warning. But I really don't think the guy meant any harm. Just trying to help out with expats who need their medical check and help himself too by maybe getting more customers.
Come on guys. No problem with someone correcting him (I totally respect our veterans and everyone can't just pop up and say they are one), but okay it's been said and he apologized. Now everyone's jumping on him and talking about fines and stuff...
