Hi all, what are some tips for a successful interview? What are some of the variables employers (public schools) are looking for? Also, what factors are heavily weighted when employers consider teachers (e.g. experience, age, etc.)? |

Just dress professionally and look presentable. Answer the questions and be personable. These aren't jobs with NASA. They might ask you something about classroom management or grammar. Do the best you can. For the most part, if you're even in an interview, it's because your CV looked good enough. They just want to make sure you're not a freak. |
