Just moved in to my apartment in Korea. I found plenty of translations online for wash cycles, but not on how to open the door. Pressed every button, pulled, looked for a lever. Someone help please...???

I have a Samsung sensor quick sew dw 605. Does anyone else???

I imagine you’ve figured it out by now, but in case others have a similar problem… If it’s one of those side loading (or front loading…whatever they’re called), the door has an auto-lock when it’s running. It’s possible you’re predecessor turned it off while a cycle was still running. You could just choose the setting that allows the water to drain out (배수) - even if you don’t see water in there - and let that cycle complete. Then you should be able to hear the door unlock. Then just pull it open. Maybe see if that works.

Just leave the door shut. Clean laundry is over-rated anyway. Or: contact whoever gave you the key to this apartment and ask them to give you an explanation plus demonstration.

문열림 was basically all that was needed from the link I posted earlier. If that doesn't work, you can remove the lower panel off the washing machine and manually release the door. The drain option IS a good recommendation, too.
