| I just read one of many posts on this board about bad recruiters - what about the good recruiters? I am currently working with WorknPlay.co.kr and so far, they have been really decent and helpful. Any other good recruiter experiences? |

I went through ATC recruiting.. they worked out good for me.
the big thing is not to just take the first job that they give you. look at all your options.. (there are lots). If you think there are too many hours or its not the right location, just tell them. They ususally try to get rid of the sucky ones first. But the truth is that they need us more than we need them.. so they will give you a good job if you hold out.. and wait for a good one. |

I also think ATC is good. The rep I talked to, Patrick, seemed like an honest, nice guy. He was helpful in trying to find schools for me.
I also recommend Korea Global Connections. The woman I spoke to, Seon Joo, was really nice, and also was helpful in trying to find me a job.
The other five recruiters I sent application materials to, ESL Tour Consulting, FT Union, Footprints, and two others whose names I can't remember, never got back to me.
By the way, there's a section in the FAQ about recruiters:

Only when one of them goes bankrupt. |
