Anyone with varied experience, please add your two cents.
1) Hagwon with highly motivated elementary students in Cheongna International City or 2) position at Paju EV?
Hours 1) 1:30-10 2) 9-6
Both have really good accommodation.
Same salary.
Both are 30-40 mins from Hongdae.
Cheongna looked super nice when I went there but the EV seems to have many great amenities too.
1) Two NETs 2) 50 NETs |

50 nets = easily replaceable
If 1 goes, they are still at 98%
With 2, they drop to 50%. They would need a teacher immediately available to replace you.
But if you like being a slave and not being allowed to run your classes the way you want, go for the hagwon.
You are saying the EV has 50? That would be a definite no. How on earth can 50 teachers do this while living at the same location? Is it a cult? |

Don't the Paju EV teachers still live in shitty dorms on campus? I wouldn't exactly call that great accommodations.. |
