Is he addicted to Lottery? No he's not. He is just enjoying the "discovery" or result of his experiment based on Astrology or planet's movement, particularly, the planet Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Uranus, and of course, Sun and Moon.

Is this just coincidence? Actually, he got 6 numbers for many times, unfortunately, he's out of his mind always for not bringing the right numbers, instead he changed the numbers when he reach the lottery shop.
Forgetfullness. If one time he won the lottery, am sure, he will be the next winner again, the third winner , and so on. He just need Financial to support his system. And if this happened, a "shoeshine" boy could be a Trillionnaire of South Korea in the near future,who knows.. Can you imagine if he won, once a month, not weekly ha.. what if weekly? Unbelievable and impossible? not sure with my answer. Money can do many things to become POSSIBLE.
