So they can continue to operate, while some people are paying 20 million won fines ?? |

The company's penalty was 20,000,000W and the teachers who got busted are paying between 1million to 12 million won. That's what I heard at least. |

I googled up one of their old ads. It asked for an F2 or an F4. No mention of E2. I'm sure they know the law.
A 20 Million fine is probably pocket change off the money they have made. |

First hand accounts?! I imagine all those that were busted are sitting in detention getting processed for deportation. No cell phone service there. |
