| Anyone working for or have info on pagoda corporates? They seem to have a pretty bad reputation. |

A few years ago I tried to get some p/t work at one branch. I was almost laughed out of the teaching demo and it was suggested that I was unqualified, although they weren't able to tell me the outcome directly.
... a couple of months later I was hired fulltime by a SKY university after passing an interview and demo with a panel of Korean and foreign professors (and having all my credentials thoroughly checked)
This is a strange business sometimes. |

| I rejected them because it involved (a) compulsory Saturday work each week throughout the contract (b), split shifts, and it was a wide split, and a very strange time table. That wasn't the end of it. There's stuff I can't remember, but the feeling was bad overall. And the interviewer looked sleepy and depressed. I felt sorry for him. |
