My job is ending soon, and a decent replacement might take a while. So it's the ole D-10 visa for a month or two I suppose. When exactly should one apply for it? And at which immigration office? Does t have to at the one where I received my last E-2 visa?

Thanks kindly, in advance.

Earlier the better. You can't apply until the day after your last day of work. Might as well just go down the next day. Pretty sure any immigration office can do it.
