My contract states in English i will get a return trip flight but the Korean states that I only get it one way. I am nearing the end of my contract and obviously didn't realize until now. Is there anything I can do? Am I entitled to it? Do I just have to shrug my shoulders and let it go?

Have you actually talked to your employer about it? If so, are they claiming that the Korean contract takes precedence?

I have, they are the ones who brought it to my attention. They don't want to pay the return flight ticket. I am wondering what the legal discourse in this situation is. For the record, I was originally told it was one way but after seeing the contract I naturally thought nothing of it.

Conflicting contracts (both legitimate and signed by you) and NOT an item covered under labor law (labor board won't help) means your only option is to fight it out in civil court and on the chance that you win (not assured) the amount of the award may not cover the expenses of the suit.

There should be a clause in your English contract stipulating which contract takes precedence.
