So I think my school may be closing down soon. I will have about 3 months left on my comtract when it does. As long as my boss pays me my last check is that all they owe me? If it closes down with no warning I'm out of a house job etc etc. Does the owner legally owe me the last three months of my contract or is it just over when the school closes? Could I possibly sue the owner in court for the last three months of my contract?

Labor law supersedes your contract.
In the case of a business failure they simply have to pay you for services rendered (and 30 days notice or pay in lieu) with no provision for the remainder of your contract or contract completion clauses.
*Labor standards act - sections on termination and preferential re-employment.
