Hello, I have recently got my football/soccer badge and I'm still studying about coaching football in college. I would like to coach football in South Korea and learn korean. Is there anyone that has done coaching football or any sports and are there opportunities.

Thank you

Like from the Boy Scouts? I got a badge for tying knots once. But then I crashed and burned during the pinewood derby so that ended my time with the scouts.

I dunno. Might be able to come here as a teacher after you finish college (and sharpen up those grammar and punctuation skills) and do something in a capacity of the school you work for.

But Koreans, as a generalization, don't like to be "coached" by outsiders.

Douchey responses aside...

There's no reason you shouldn't be able to find somewhere to be an 'assistant coach' on a volunteer basis. You'll just have to look around when you get here.

Dunno, I do know people elsewhere in Asia (specifically PRC) doing this and it actually pays surprisingly well, there must similar opportunities here. I'd scour the internet for a place more relevant so you can get better info.

That made me laugh, sorry OP this board is ruthless! It's gonna be tough getting a straight answer.
