What do you need to get your pension pay if you end your contract early? I believe the pension is held by the Korean government and the hagwon has no control over whether they can withhold the pension or not |

I believe you will need to obtain your ticket out of the country, THEN go to the pension office. You can request the documentation that will allow you to collect your pension at the airport, on your way out. |

Thanks. To reiterate, the hagwon can do nothing to prevent the immigration from giving me pension? |

OK...
Immigration does not hand out your pension. The Pension Office, is responsible for that.
I could be wrong, but, I think that is they way it works.
Also, are you sure your school has actually paid into the pension system? You may wish to find that out, before you go all out and do this. |
