So in my contract I don't have any sick days specified. Boss says I don't have any. Does this mean that I don't have any if I want to take one? Am I just forced to work terribly sick? Isn't there labor law that specifies I get 3 sick days?

Thanks for any help in advance.

I believe that it is 3 days minimum by law. Regardless of what your boss says, this law superceedes your contract. If you are sick send a message telling them (also maybe attach a link to a labour law page). You do not need to go to a hospital. You are allowed to stay home and recover. If they try some stupid crap like coming to your apartment to get you, just lay there like a lump.
