I'm applying for EPIK and all the advice I've received thus far has said to apply via every method possible, using lots of recruiters.
Thing is, I just read this from one of the recruiters FAQs:
Quote: |
EPIK does not accept the same person’s application twice. Meaning, if you’re working with multiple recruiting agents then the company who submits your EPIK application and initial documents first will automatically become your representative throughout the remaining stages of the job and visa process. What happens if you submit an EPIK application through multiple agents? It means your file will be noted as a double submission by the EPIK officials. If you’re working with multiple companies then it’s important to decide which company you want representing you before proceeding. |
Is this the case? If so, is it only worth using one (assuming they're reliable)?
Thanks! |

As long as it results in you getting a position, what's the difference? Use them all unless there's a place with a great EPIK placement track record and you feel comfortable putting your eggs in that one basket. |
