Jillian Michaels' vids, or at least a lot of them, are free on youtube, too. She's the trainer from Biggest Loser. Short 20-50 minute workouts that hit most spots on the bod and throw in cardio to boot. Tougher than they first appear. I use them on vacations. Good core stuff, too. |

I bought Jillian Michaels' workout dvds from Emart. At one time there was early morning yoga on the tv, too. Ive been away 6 years and am coming back, and I know I will miss my gym. (ArcTrainer devotee here) |
