Contract finishes in 3 weeks. Not sure if boss will pay severance. I heard you have to wait 2 weeks until last day to file a complaint. I am not trying to wait around in Korea for 2 weeks nor pay money to fly back. Is it possible to file a complaint without being in Korea?(assuming I arrange all the necessary info before I leave) |

You can write up a quick letter allowing someone, preferably a bilingual or a Korean, to represent your case at the labour board. Everything is done in Korean only. |
