Hi,

This is my bosses first time owning a hagwon(he bought it in the middle of my contract) and I don't think he is very familiar with the pension process. I have applied to the pension office for my lump sum refund, and that went fine. But I need him to send them a form saying that I am leaving and I don't work there anymore. I don't think he knows where to get this form or who to call to get it. Does anyone here have a link to the form that he needs to send to the pension office telling them I'm leaving?

Thanks

Your boss is going to have to figure this out eventually anyway, and I'm pretty sure it'd be easier for Korean to find Korean information than foreigners on a chat board.

Have your boss call the National Pension Office and find out. Should take 5 minutes.
