During peacetime, SK controls its own forces, or at least that has been the case since the mid 90s.
Currently, during wartime operations, the US exercises control of US and Korean forces.
If wartime command were to transfer, it would regard Korean forces only. The US would not relinquish wartime control over its forces.
In terms of support, you may be referencing the US-ROK Mutual Defense Treaty, which as been in force since the end of the Korean War.
