|
|
Hi,
I live in Canada, and have a Bachelor plus a Master's degree. I completed a 100 hr TESOL certification too.
I'm looking for recommendations of recruiters. I would like to teach in an urban area (such as Seoul), and the population I'm interested in teaching includes either middle school, high school, or adults. And I would like to start teaching hopefully this September (hopefully I'm not too late in starting the process).
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. |

While you may get one or two recommendations, just about everyone on this site will tell you to use every recruiter you can find to help get you the position you want. That's the way to go.
But do your homework. Not all positions are created the same. Also remember that recruiters work for employers, not you, so many will try to get you to sign on just so they can get paid.
You are under NO obligation to tell any individual recruiter that you're using more than one. Even if they say that you should only be using them, ignore it and drive on.
Also remember that there are a ton of places that advertise directly, so you might not even end up going through a recruiter in the end.
Best thing to do is get your documents in order (some take some time) and then get to it. Best of luck! |
