SLPs all use the same contract. The Slave Labor Program has earned its nickname.
The good news is that you get paid what your contract says you will get paid for your regular working hours. Overtime doesn't exist even if you do work it and their is no pay for it.
The bad news is that under the terms of their contract you will work 5 more hours (300 contact minutes) in the class per week that the guy at the next hagwon for the same money.
They also have a reputation for avoiding national health insurance and national pension.
