What I mean by one more is that I'm thinking about launching yet another certificate to teach English in another country. When I look on the net and other places I see scores of other places (schools/universities) offering a cert.

You want to take the course, or you want to start your own?

Thanks Stephen--- I guess online or classroom might be an option since my brother has offered space within his business to do whatever.

Do you have any experience at teacher-training?
Will you have external moderators?
What sort of accreditation, if any, do you hope to gain?

How much money do you expect to make at this?

As I know the OP personally, having worked with him for a year and him having extensive experience at a range of institutions throughout Korea, when and if it happens it will be the best that he can offer. Give it a go old son. Smile
