How many people have a legal "Doe-Jang" stamp?

Maybe you've seen Koreans stamping papers with them, etc. To be legal, it has to be listed at the local City Hall. Also, it has to have your family name in it. My first Doe-Jang didn't, and I had to remake it. Grr...

I say that because I had to get one recently when I sold a vehicle to a Korean.

Also, I find it an interesting paradox that they stamp those things (family name) in RED ink.
