Hello
Im going back to Oz this year and I am hoping to do my Dip Ed in Primary education. Are there any primary school teachers out there who could give me some pro's and con's?
Also what is the job market like in Korea for someone with primary school teaching experience?
Im thinking of coming back after I have taught a few years in Australia.
Im especially looking to hear from people who have taught grade 2 and 3 in the public education system.
Thanks

Look on this site under EPIK and it will fill you in on teaching here in the public schools in Korea. There are also international schools here that employ teachers that teach all subjects and pay better than EPIK.
The course you are talking about, does it allow you to work in public schools in Australia? What foreign schools want is registered teachers. |

Diploma of Education (primary) qualifies you as a primary (elementary) school teacher in Australia.
Thanks for the advice Anda I will look into EPIK |

In your experience, how do Korean employers feel about qualifications to teach in your home country? |
