My friend has just moved to Incheon and I was wondering if there are any good department stores there (I'm sure there are!), and WHERE they are. E-mart? Lotte? Costco? Even a Wal-mart? Directions from the subway please! Thanks! |

I know there's E-mart and Costco in Incheon because I've been to both. Incidentally there's also a drive-thru McDonald's which I've been told is the only drive thru mickey d's in the country. But someone else drove so I don't know directions...
At the end of August an E-mart will be opening right next to the Hyatt at the Incheon airport. Yay! |

Anywhere in the Incheon subway area would be fine, but near the Song-nae stop would be best.
PS: marista99, WHERE are they??? |

Sorry like I said, someone else drove and I really have no clue where they are, but I know the e-mart was quite prominent, it had a big yellow emart sign way up high that could be seen from far away. However, Incheon is large so I can't say for sure. I can ask my boss what subway stop it's near, if you really can't find it. |

I remember seeing a big shopping area just a few stops south of Bupyeong on the Incheon line. It was 2 years ago, and I was only there once when I got lost, so I don't know the name of the stop. I remember there was a Lotte department store and maybe (but not promising) and Emart. |

I just did some research on Yahoo.
Try this website:
http://dpt.lotteshopping.com/shopping/eng/
click on the circle that says Metropolitan Area and follow the links.
I just looked. there's a Lotte Department Store near Bupyeong station, and one at Arts Center Station (That's where I ended up when I got lost.) The website even has maps. |

Someone who reads Korean really well can help you find the locations of the Emart stores.
Here's the website:

The information about the Incheon Emarts is under the Kyeonggi section.
good luck |

Songnae is in bucheon. There is a walmart and homeplus and carrefour in the area. Catch a cab from songnae station and as for your desired location. Also there is an emart in bucheon station. |
