Among my kids classes some of the kids who are usually just boisterous or a little disagreeable are starting to get downright nasty with each other. I had two kids kicking and punching each other today and a girl and a boy having a punch up yesterday.
Usually I don't have trouble like this.
I wondered if this was anything to do with stuff outside the class like what's going on at school or the weather. Are they nearing the end of term and getting ragged or what?
Just wondered if it's confined to my classes |

| It's the weather. This heat and extreme humidity are pushing me over the edge too. The foulness that is the Korean Summer would drive Gandhi into a shooting rampage. |

When it rains they can't go outside to play during regular school. They are cooped up in school for five or six hours with about a thousand other children.
By afternoon they've had enough. |

Thats what has been happening.
I find myself somewhat irritable. My usually well behaved students are little Korean gab machines who ignore me.
The last couple of classes I took the 5 students that actually wanted to work outside to a table in the hallway and left the remaining 7 animals on thier own in the classroom.
At the end of the class I read them the riot act...told them that this behavior wasnt acceptable. Hope it works |

Statistical analysis has revealed that more murders happen in July and August than at any other time of the year. As for why so many murders occurred in summer, a police official said, "It appears to be because there is a sudden increase in the number of people roving to nighttime entertainment districts, and more cases of violence like muggings and rapes occur at summer resorts like the beach and mountain valleys."

| One of my little girls beat the crap out of one of the little boys the other day. He deserved it. I ignored it. |
