Nowhere.
You'll have to try and get the ingredients and make it yourself... Or start eating kimchee |

If you come across a Gout de Paris (or maybe it's Gout de France) franchise in a food court in Tongdaemun, and you see a big poster advertising poutine there, do NOT be fooled- they serve fries covered in melted processed cheese and bbq sauce. |

That would have been an acceptable answer.

Further to this - "Bud the Spud", a Halifax summer institution, reportedly going to open up location(s) in Seoul, according to CBC Radio's "Radio Noon". No word on poutine. |

Yes, going to be a truck. Also, I can confirm it will offer poutine. This was confirmed in a CBC radio interview a week or so ago. Koreans are apparently working with Mr. Spud. They're aiming to launch it this summer. This is all from my family back home, who heard the interview. |

That is so wicked! I remember my uni. town had a moving chip truck. It would roam from spot to spot different nights. Delicious. I like the Hali one too. |
