Just wondering where you can get ferry tickets in seoul, can you get them from a regular travel agent? Also are they refundable?? I just need one for "looks" when I'm coming back this october

| I just bought mine out in Incheon but I've only been on domestic routes. I don't know if China tickets are avialable from travel agents or not. |
