So, now that I'm coming over in a week or so, I want to know who else is working in my area! Who are all the cool people I can meet? Who can show me the town?
If you want to meet a friendly California girl with a good heart, show yourself! You won't regret it. Thanks for your help Laughing

Sup. I'm in Sunae, which is in Bundang. There's also a number of posters who live in the area, who'll probably mention as much here.

Do you know which neighborhood you're working in?

So you're in Suji or Bundang?

Welcome, anyway. I live near both of those guys. Give us a shout when you get here, and don't take the taxi when you leave the airport -- take the bus!

I'm in the Suji area, something about Byuksan Plaza? Not sure...Any neighbors from there? I don't know about the bus from the airport, the directors are meeting me. They'll know what to do I guess. Thanks for the welcome party - although I don't think I need all the Soju. Not a big drinker. But thanks Wink

My first job was a kindergarten in that area. I believe it's Pundukchon-dong. The dong was okay but no subway. There is one line from Pundang through Suji that has been proposed to be completed in 5 years or so. Bus is 50 min. to Seoul. The experience teaching kindy, well....

There's probably 50 to 100 foriegners in Suji. They've even got their own little ghetto.

Want to meet other teachers? Find WA bar and bring a dead cat to swing.

Are you talking by the energy plant or a kilometer or so from the Pizza Hut?

I never saw many foreigners when I was there.
