Do you suppose I can get cable here in my officetel in Airport Town Square? If so, how? If I don't have a little porch or other obvious place for a dish, is skylife out of the question? I can get AFN fuzzily with a UHF antenna, but I'm craving some English TV in a bad way. I'll involve a Korean if necessary but it would have to be my boss and she already seems annoyed and too busy to answer all my questions, so I'd rather take care of it without her if I can |

I had skylife for a whopping 3 days. It sucked, because most all of the channels were Korean. Big waste of money. I got tons of channels that weren't worth much of anything, and if memory serves, AFN wasn't one of them. Channels like The Discovery Channel and various movie channesl were all in Korean, even though they had English names.
I also had a package that included digital audio. That was REALLY trash. The songs weren't even popular ones. Just various genres of "resaurant/elevator" style music you've never heard of.
Get regular cable. Have a korean friend call the cable company for you. |

I have slylife, and its great. It cost 22,000 a month, and ther are quite a lot of english channels. cnn, ocn, tmc, mgm, and many other english channels. Depends on where you live I guess.
And by the way, it's your bosses job to help u out. Nope. skylife does not have AFN. Cost 60,000 won to get it set up tho. |

Many companies in Korea have an internet package as well, I believe. For example, Hanaro. I've heard of Megapass but not sure if that is a cable provider, maybe just internet. |
