I assume this competition is for government school students and not just hagwan students.

If so, then why not ask your provincial office of education (POE)supervisor to contact nearby POE supervisors. There may be teachers sitting around doing nothing while they wait for classes to start next week. Yes I know second semester officially starts today but many schools are a little slow in getting organised.

Good luck.
