Hi all,
I have taught adults for 1 year in Korea, and wish for anyone to share anything funny that happened during class, and I mean one of those very funny experiences in class.

I had one experience where I literally could not stop laughing for 30 minutes. Also, all the students could not stop laughing for the whole time. It started with me asking ordinary questions to all students around the room and ending my answers with "excellent". As I kept asking questions and ending my answers with "excellent", one girl started to laugh more and more. The student laughed harder and harder, and it is one of those typical girlish laughs, which in turn made me laugh harder and harder. This type of laughter got contageous and other students started to laugh and then the whole class started to laugh. Somehow we still managed to continue class while laughing hilariously each time I said "excellent". It was one of those lessons.

During the first week i was having the girls and guys ask each other questions.... sounds innocent right?? Usually one or two students will ask the sex question, but this one was different.

A girl pulls me aside and asks me the verb for poop... so i said defecate... didn't think much of it.

When it came time to ask questions back and forth, the guy asks something about a movie, the girl answers... The girl stands up and says "how often do you defecate and how does it feel?" I started laughing in class. Keep in mind this girl looks very sweet and innocent...

The guy, going from red to purple, replied... Usually once a day.. but when i drink i spend a lot of time doing it.

I thought he recovered pretty well... but i got a real kick out of it.
