Anyone else love this little book/etc. store? It's in the Gwanghwamun area between Gyeongbokgung Station and Anguk Station on Line #3. It's great for buying pretty much any book on anything remotely Korean, including translations of Korean literature. It also has a lot of Korean movies on DVD (too pricey for me) and Korean music. Oh yeah, and a random (rather small but very inexpensive) used book section. They also host screenings of Korean movies with English subtitles and are involved in other activities of interest to foreigners. Here's their website:

Had a feeling someone would say that. In my experience you're quite right about What the Book. Go to Seoul Sel. for the best range in English books about Korea, however! |
