| Is it possible for me to walk into a pharmacy and ask for prescription strength painkillers without a prescription? I have an upcoming doctors appointment, but I was hoping for something a little more immediate. |

| Depends on how strong youre talking. I know you can get Anaprox over the counter here, and cheaply too. Ask for Naproxen sodium, should be around 2,000W |

painkillers;
About the strongest pain killer you can get is advil or tylenol. Actual painkillers of strength with an opiate in it are unavailable here. Has something to do with the fear of the poppy.
If you are in alot of pain get someone to send you some tylenol 3's with codeine from home. Overnight delivery works well. Of course you will end up paying about 50$ or 60$ for about 15$ worth of pills. |

| the stuff I recommended will do in a pinch. I had a toothache so bad I couldn't see straight, tuned out I needed a root canal, and it helped a lot then. |

Percocet or Vicodin was along the lines I was looking for, is there anything available with equate-able strength?
How do you say Naproxen Sodium phonetically in Korean? Ill try that first, thanks! |

| Just go to the doctor. If you have insurance, it will cost you 3,000 won. If you dont, will not cost much either. And perscriptions are super cheap. I just got 30 Zanex here, 3,000 for the dr and 1,500 for the perscription/ Zanex is called Amphram here. |

>. Some generic brand name was recommended to me by my dentist a few months back. While the name escapes me at the moment, i took two pills ... & was sick for three days.
Wasn't quite what i had in mind. Needless to say, i haven't dosed myself with those crappy pills again. |

Honestly, I have never heard of a doctor's appointment in Korea. Just walk in and say you're in pain NOW. |
