Got this idea from another thread. What are somethings that a business you were visiting was out of?
Me:
BK no Whopper patties
BK no bacon
Schlotzky's Deli no Turkey (for many many weeks)
McDonalds no Big Macs

I went to a Russian hof in my area that sports a big menu, but everything was off except the borscht.
But it was great borscht. |

Was at a small bar one night that ran out of Tequila! Grrr. Of course this was after we drank a bottle...
Principle of the thing though... |

It's been said before that Dunkin Donuts has no donuts. |

this really good restaurant we go to around my school always runs out of food. at 1pm.
and they're cool guys, legitimately sorry they've run out, it just seems they pace themselves for when the menu changes to straightup barbecue for dinner, rather than jigae and bibimbap at lunch.
it's just strange, "sorry, we're out of food"... |
