I would like to hit one of the parks in Seoul as a cheesy yet fun celebration of my 25 birthday (this past Monday) I am wondering if anyone has been to the above listed parks and which one(s) they would recommend. |

In order:
1.Everland
2.Lotte World
3.Seoul Land (a distant third)
Do a Caribbean Bay/Everland Combo. Even when the outside part is closed Caribbean bay is still fun, especially if you don't think of it as a waterpark so much as a fantastic spa that just happens to have slides and a wave pool. I am intensely missing the waterfall massage... |

No, in fact they usually run some special promotions for Christmas/New Year. |

I've only been to LotteWorld and was highly dubious about how good an amusement park on a seemingly small plot of inner city land could be. However, I was quite impressed. They make efficient use of space and the rides are pretty good. It's not Cedar Point or Six Flags but well worth the money. |

In winter it is more fun as there are way less people and you can go on the snow hills. |

1. Everland.
Second and third place don't really exist as the parks are too small and you can do them in about 45 minutes provided there are no queues.
If you go to Everland, GO EARLY. As in 11am. That way you can do all the rides without queuing and then can spend the afternoon seeing the animal shows blah blah. |

yeah, 50 000 would just barely get you in and maybe a snack.
I would budget 100 000 for a relatively good day, unless you are μ |

I agree, but I prefer LOtte World in the winter. Most of it is indoors. |

Amusement parks suck in korea.
I repeat...amusement parks suck in Korea.
Everland: biggest park in Korea...2 roller coasters, and jamboree rides.
Lotte World: 1 rollercoaster and jamboree rides.
Seoul land: 3rd wold zoo and old old old rides. 2 childrens coasters.
all of the above...over crowded. over priced and over rated. |
