is there some way to shrink all my pictures fast..
and no I dont mean photoshop..
thats one at a time..
I mean like highlite them all and press a button..

I use ACDSee. Just highlight a group of pictures and resize them all.

irfanview is great for batch conversions/renaming/resizing/whatever

Have to agree with Demophobe. Super easy and a very small program. Get it off downloads.com or just get the crack from kazaa lite or whichever p2p you're using.

In Photoshop, go to File > Automate and there's a whole bunch of canned processes in there, including a "picture package" and a Web photo gallery. Point it at your pics and hit "ok."

If you don't see what you want, create your own "Action" and run it thru File > Automate > Batch.

you need to use windows image resizer power tool. Its a microsoft program and makes things very easy. After installing, when you want to change the size of a photo just right click and there will be an option resize picture, quick and easy
