Title says it all. I know I'm extremely lucky in that I have a washer that is also a dryer. However, when the clothes come out, they are extremely wrinkled. I make sure to take it out immediately after its done, but that's not solving it.

Ironing is not my best skill so I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible.

Any remedies ?

Thanks

I guess not too much room. The size is very small so its annoying to only get a few pieces of clothing in there. I've put less and less in each time, but i dont know if it will be worth it to put much less in there for how long it takes....

have you tried just washing and not drying and then hang drying? That might be a better alternative for your work shirts at least. Those are often the items that wrinkle the most.

Personally I don't really care if my undershirts or the tshirt I wear on the weekend has a couple of wrinkes.

I have the same suggestion as the above poster... Just wash and dry your undershirts/wear and socks. The rest needs to be washed then hang dried.

my girlfriend has this washer/dryer combo thing. even though it's 2 machines in one, i think they sacrificed quality on both accounts. it doesn't wash that well and it definitely leaves stuff wrinkled as you said.

your best bet, as others have said, is to hang dry the clothes and skip the dryer cycle completely imo

You could also take them out of the dryer, hang them up and spray Sta-flow, or some other starch. I know that it's not that easy to get and it's a bit of a pill.

I have the same problem. I'm buying a steamer because the iron doesn't do jack. I also have a problem where i get all this micro fuzz on my clothes. I've tried to find a lint filter to see if i need to clean it but i can't find it...

You'll get a lot more lint if you don't use the dryer. It's such a pain in the ass - I really miss my big clunky top loader that I've had in other apts.

Lint filter is usually the rubber seal around the washer's opening. Also, look for a panel at the bottom. Open that with a coin and there's a rubber tube you can drain. A lot of water and some lint might come out...but I'd say it's only worth doing once a year as I never get much.

Use a fabric softener to get the clothes less wrinkly and less staticky so your clothes attract less lint.

I find my business shirts get really beat up if I was them with my heavy clothes (jeans etc). Try washing your shirts on their own (on the soft/delicate cycle).

If clothes are permanent press.

Put less clothes in.

Do not dry all the way.

Leave damp and hang on a hanger.

You can pull the sleeves or legs tight and dry with a blow dryer if you don't want to iron.
