Anyone know of a good place to go that won't cost a huge amount of money and still will have enough activities to keep a 4-yr old happy? Thinking of Guam, but I am open to pretty much anywhere in SE Asia as well.
Websites would especially be appreciated.
Thanks! |

I just got back from Singapore, and would recommend it for all ages. The hotel we stayed at organised all our tours at excellent prices, you have plenty of childrens activities and tours can be modified to what you want. Its a beautiful city, and so close to Malaysia so travelling is not a problem. I would honestly recommend it for anyone just wanting a break from Korea. Its clean, safe, and cheap... |

I have heard that Guam is a lot of money (I don't know this to be fact). I think just about any beach in SE Asia will keep a little tike happy.
For Thailand check out www.sawadee.com
For Boracay www.boracay.com and www.boracayisland.org
Just got back from Boracay and stayed at the Tet a Tet beach (see it on the webpages) house. It was about $150 a night, but worth every peso. Beautiful house, with a house keeper who will even cook for you for a small fee. The yard (aka beach) is sort of enclosed so the kid can run around. There are also about six workers between the three house in that area that will look after the kid as well. Couple of nice school kids to play with too (workers' kids).
If you do the Boracay thing, only get your plane ticket to Manila. Once there, get the domestic ticket. It is much cheaper and you save on travel time as Philippine air only flies to an airport that is two hours away from the ferry you have to take to the island. The domestic ticket (other airlines) flies to an airport that is a quick tricyle ride to the ferry. |
