as I'm in the market for a computer I recently saw this one advertised:
1.7 ghz celeron
120 gig hard drive
512 mb ram
LG cd rw
52x cd rom
64 mb Fx2 video card
LAN card
Stereo speakers
Mouse
Keybord
17" Samsung monitor
I have built it myself and have 600,000 invested in it. Asking 350,000
-It seems like a decent deal but I'm not too sure about celerons (probably better to go with an athlon or p4?) and I'm not too sure about this dude's computer building capability (fans and such)...there could be a very good reason why he is selling it.
-Next, my friend told me that I'd be looking at around 600,000 at Yongson for a decent p4 with a crt monitor. I'm wondering about these nifty Portable desktop units with lcd's that I've seen around. How are these and can you get some good deals on them at yongson? Is an lcd going to shoot my price up big time from a crt? thanks. |

I think 9/10 people would be happy with those specs and the price. Very reasonable.
Most people just want to use e-mail , surf the net and download movies and music. That system's fine for that. |
