Must go Carrefour? Is it good out of a can? I'd never drink it from a can at home. Makes it taste funny.

Sorry. As a born and bred New South Welshmen I am officially required not to touch any of that Queensland stuff. Kind of like not being allowed to consume pork.
Now if you'll excuse me, I must face towards The Carlton & United Brewery in Sydney and pray.

Cheers

You won't get my seal of approval here either.
Countries have been invaded for doing less than recommending that puke.

umm American beer is weak as catp*ss it's not worth driving 200 metres for. Australian beer on the other hand is worth a bit of hardship.

I second this. I am a big fan of Coopers and VB(I hate to admit it).
I would drive to seoul(5 hours away) for a case of VB

Coopers pale ale, ie the green label is one of my favourite beers in the whole wide world. Pity its so expensive up in sunny Queensland, over 45 bucks a case.

oh come on bro! waikato? steinlager? lion red? db? one word AR$E!

now i did say i liked monteiths, oh and i forget about macs gold, red etc. great beers, i do concur. but all our main stream beers, imho, do taste like cr@p. the botique brewers though must be given credit for occasionally bringing out a nice drop. especially the summer ale from monteiths. now i would drive a few hours do get that in me! but definatly no for aussie piss!
