your internet service provider will have an english speaking tech to help you.. have your korean friend call them and get an English person on the phone..
which ISP are you with?? |

Yeah, most of the computer dudes here seem to speak at least passable English. Even in the total boonies where I am, KT can rustle up a handful of guys that are semi proficient enough to understand what you're saying.
Get your boss or someone to call them. |
