Many Koreans prefer squatters for economic and hygiene reasons

Squatters are also known to use less water than Western toilets, which helps explain why some building proprietors prefer the former.

yet Koreans let the water run while they are brushing their teeth and washing dishes... is that meant to be a new way to preserve water??

think everyone has different brushing teeth habbits..
I hate it when people walk around the house brushing their teeth..
or come in and watch tv or something.. then get back up and go to the sink to spit it out.. western people do this alot too..
I run water when I brush.. WHY?? dont really know..
I just have always done it.. I kinda like the sound of the water running.
better than the sound of the toothbrush going in and out..
I guess I make it for wasting water.. because my showers are kinda quick.
so it all balances out..
I take my fair share.. not more no less..

It's so boring to stand in front of a mirror for two minutes.

I hate it when people talk while brushing.

I don't run the water, though.

I shower twice a day, and use a western toilet. Water pig.
