Hi

Has anyone got a domain name in Korea (.co.kr)?

Is it true you need premises (offices) set up over there and a company number?

Keen to find out how to go about it. Most information I have found is in Korean...

I don't know the answer to your question but I do know they go for like 500,000 per annum.

Yes, you have to prove some sort of physical presence. A business registration certificate is one way. To have that, you have premises of some sort, but this can be your home address.

If you do a search in English they're really expensive. Maybe if my Korean didn't suck, the price would go down.
