I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me what recruitment agencies or even what websites can help me secure a job in either a university or a public school for next semester. I've done the whole hagwon gig for 2.5yrs and with a kid now I need a job with normal hours, I'm also wondering if my qualifications will be up to scratch....an MA English lit.
Post Grad Diploma in Education, TEFL cert, almost 4.5yrs teaching experience, 2.5yrs of it in Korea....any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks |

You're absolutely qualified to teach at either a university or public school. I know you should have no problems getting a job at a public school, and you really shouldn't have trouble getting a job at a university, especially one outside of the major cities. The problem is that many ask you to have experience at universities, and that can make it difficult, but certainly not impossible to find a job at one. Good luck... and I hope you don't take away a position I'm looking for. |
