I was surfing around on some other websites when I ran across this add for a job teaching English in Korea

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
Preferred Qualifications: one year's of teaching experience of elementary school kids

I see a lot of ads like that all the time. It's a sign of how disorganized and incompetent these schools are. I mean, if they can't get a job ad posted on the internet right, then what can they do? A lot of ads don't even bother telling you where their school is!

Makes you realise why they dont want to stick to the contracts they sign Exclamation

Whoops that was in the contract well in Korea contracts are more of guidelines. What you actually want everything that is in your contract Shocked
