i was just wondering what the chances are of finding a legal six month contract in seoul? is this common or even possible? i am not in the country right now, does this make it more difficult?

I think the contract that is presented to immigration must be for a term of one year. I may be wrong. It is possible to find schools that only want or are willing to take a teacher for a shorter term. Make sure you work out a solid agreement on this before signing on to work.
That said, if you end up with a bad director, you may find yourself in for a fight to be released at 6 months.
Cheers and good luck |
