I may be opening an English school, with a little, or perhaps, a lot, of luck. Am presently just starting to find out what is what in terms of legal. Can anyone point me to someone who has already done it?

The space we have in mind is less than the required for a proper hagwon that can employ foreigners so I am looking at a supplementary hagwon (����) that can only employ Korean teachers - the scale is smaller (about half the pyeong size).

For starters, anyone know if a foreigner can run such a hagwon? I do not intend to teach - my role will be preparing materials and lesson plans for Korean teachers to use. Ideally, my name would be on the papers, otherwise, my Korean wife (also an Engish teacher) will do it with me in the background.

Any advice / links appreciated.
