I have a friend from Ireland coming in for a one night stopover so we are going to hit the turps in hongdae because it's reasonably close to the airport but an interesting area to go out on the plonk.
Does anyone know a good place to stay in hongdae for a night. Reasonably cheap and clean are important considerations. |

There are a couple of yeogwans close to Starbucks, but I couldn't vouch for their cleanliness. Opposite(ish) Starbucks, there's an LG-25 to the right- take that side road so you've got the Seokyo hotel annexe building on your right hand side. There's a place called "Line Motel" down there, near a Japanese restaurant.
It's a handy location for the airport bus, and I know some good bars around that area. |
