no, nothing funny happened...i just noticed things that weren't there before.
yeah, i know Walmart is a poor corporate citizen and all that, but i want what they got!

-Shrimp C0cktail (bottled)
-Southwest Spicy Mustard
-Honey Mustard
-Sweet Green Relish
-Salad Dressing (Caesar, Italian, Ranch, Yogurt, Herb)
-Louisianna Hot Sauce
-A series of Mexican sauces (can't rmember exactly)
-Lime Juice (for cooking)
-Broccoli Soup
-Chips Delux Cookies
-Pringles PepperJack and Salsa Nachos
-Tide Liquid detergent / Walmart Liquid detergent

and a few things i can't recall.

You should check out Costco in Daegu then. It's got all that stuff and more.

MOS,

I think your correct about the MKO and Jar Jar Binks. The thing you didn't mention is that Jar Jar has a brain and MKO doesn't.

But seriously...

I also shop at the Daegu Wal-Mart. They love me because I spend lots of money there. I've gotten some good deals: digital camera and dvd player.

Will someone tell me where CostCo is? I have been in Daegu for 9 months and haven't been there yet.

I can't believe I shop at Wal-Mart here. I'd never do so back in North America, probably b/c I can't stand overweight mothers dragging their screaming kids around by the ear. Don't see that as much here and overall, Wal-Mart is my favorite supermarket in my area (Kim's Club and Lotte Mart being the other options).

MilwaukieDave - would that be the Milwaukie of Mcglaughlin Blvd., Clackamas County and ol' Scott Thomason?

If they were conjoined at the hip they would make the cutest siamese twins. Jar-Jar looks kind of slutty, don't you think?

I don't even know who she is. Laughing I'll take your word for it.

Yes, "If you don't come see me today, I can't save you any money!"

Or as my ex brother-in-law use to say (jokely of course), "If you don't come see me today, you can't be my honey." This joke is because of the rumor that Scott Thomason is gay.

I'm surprised anyone even knew that. You must be from Oregon.

Costco is just up the street and around the corner from the Exco. From Song Seo you can catch the 305 bus and it takes you right to the Costco. The 535 also goes there but takes a roundabout way and basically just comes back via Costco...I don't know the other buses that go by there.

As for Walmart -- there must be two of them. Because I've never seen a Beer World across from the one I've been to. The Walmart I have been to is just down the street from Outback Steakhouse.

Please tell me that you first price-checked the electronics market down the street from the black market, behind Migliore. I'd never buy Daegu electronics anywhere else.

Also, the black market vendors, in those same alleys, have all the stuff that you mentioned at Walmart, and 80% of the stuff that I've seen at the Red Door black market in Itaewon.
